Try something different this weekend with a vege burger - still tastes great with a beer!
- Brush your halloumi slices with olive oil and cook each side for 2-3 mins.
- Briefly toast your brioche buns.
- Then cook off some slices of egg plant, add a couple lettuce leaves and finish off with a healthy spoonful of salsa!
