Bubbles, blue cheese and crackers sounds great together. But adding Honey Baked Figs will take it to next level deliciousness.
You will need:
- 15 ripe figs, cut in half
- 1/4 cup light honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Flaky sea salt, such as Maldon, for sprinkling
To make:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Put figs on pan, cut side up, and drizzle with honey
- Bake until bubbling, tender, and lightly caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
- Serve slightly warm, on a cracker with blue or goats cheese & a glass of bubbles!
