A full vertical kilometre above the start of Mount Aspiring track, reaching Brewster Hut is both challenging and rewarding. Its namesake is a Pilsner Monteith's painstakingly crafted with a lean, bready malt backbone to let locally grown NZ hops shine with zesty citrus and subtle stonefruit notes.
