A simple but delicious twist on a glassic G&T. This cocktail is a sweet infusion with Red Bush tea (or Rooibus tea), perfectly in season passionfruit & a quality tonic. Transform your 5pm gin!

YOU WILL NEED:

  • The flesh of ½ a passionfruit
  • 45ml of gin infused with 1 Rooibos (Red Bush) teabag
  • 100ml Quality tonic water
  • Ice

TO MAKE:

  1. Squeeze the flesh of the passionfruit into a glass.
  2. Infuse 45ml gin with 1 Rooibos teabag. Add infused gin to the glass.
  3. Fill glass with ice and top with 100ml tonic water.
  4. Garnish and serve
  5. Enjoy!
